A collection of interesting books on entertainment in Oz.
Call me old fashioned some even say even old school, but I do love a good book, a proper book….made of paper!
Yes of course you can read it on “your device” but it robs you of the wonderful and simple pleasures of reading.
The tactile experience of holding the book, turning the pages, picking it up and putting it down(which sometimes can be hard if it’s particularly good) even the smell of the book, even just looking at it’s pages to me, all adds to the enjoyment of reading.
I say, buy more books, read them, and if you enjoy them, tell all your friends about them. Enjoy reading, and enjoy conversations with others sharing what you’ve learned.
If you know of particularly good books on entertainment in Australia, please feel free to let me know about it.

This should be a great book. Peter Pinne has spent years preparing and researching it. I was invited to the launch at QPAC but couldn’t make it at the last minute. Can’t wait to get my hands on s copy.
